Who can resist a stunning stretch of coast? Just picture it, the seabirds calling as the wind carries them overhead, the feel of the warm sand between your toes and the unmistakable scent of salty water in the air as the tide slowly inches its way up onto the shore.

In Anglesey however, you don’t just have to imagine! You can become part of it as the island offers the perfect opportunity to experience it all!

Our 125 miles of beautiful coastline provides the ideal playground for a range of activities from outdoor pursuits and water based sports to walking the coastal path and enjoying the scenery.

So why not pull on that wetsuit and try your hand at sailing, surfing, kayaking or coasteering? Look to discover the many shipwrecks and reefs hidden within our crystal clear waters on a dive or take to the waves for some long boarding or kite surfing action.

Alternatively, forget all those Wildlife TV programmes, and venture on to the water to watch the wildlife first hand. After all, where else can you get this up close and personal?

Of course, relaxing on one of our many beautiful sandy beaches is just fine too because whether you enjoy spending the morning feeling the warmth of the summer sun on your skin or you prefer an adrenalin pumping afternoon sailing across a windswept bay – Anglesey really does have it all.
