Each course has its own unique challenges, as links, heathland and parkland courses.

With a selection of both 9 and 18 hole courses on the island alone, all boasting stunning scenery and exceptional views as their backdrop, the hardest part might be deciding which course to choose.

You could enjoy the beautiful setting and abundance of nature at Holyhead or be inspired by the majestic backdrop of Snowdonia at Henllys Hall.

If you like a challenge, take on Bull Bay Golf Club, set just above Anglesey’s rugged coastline, or try Anglesey Golf Club, an important conservation area – so keep your eyes peeled for wildlife.

Alternatively, Baron Hill is one of the oldest courses in the country, and one of the most enjoyable, with great views across the Menai Strait to Snowdonia.

Just try not to let the islands’ beauty distract you from the fairway!
